Women's Ministry
Ladies' Bible Study
The Ladies' Bible Study is held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from Sept. through May. The group meets at 9:15 in the church nursery. This provides a wonderful opportunity for women to study God's Word together as well as praying for one another and sharing requests and praises.
Ladies' Missionary Fellowship
Missionaries need encouragement to continue steadfast in God’s work, and that's the goal of this group. Encouragement is expressed through prayer and hands-on help when needed. Christian love for our missionaries is also expressed by sending them birthday, anniversary and Christmas cards. The group also prepares gifts for the shut-ins of our church to both encourage and uplift them.
Ladies' Christmas Tea
A Christmas tradition sponsored and run by the women of the church. The Christmas Tea serves to not only bring women together in fellowship with one another but to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas in a beautifully decorated setting. In years past, those who attended enjoyed special music, group singing, poetry readings, finger foods, door prizes, Christmas ornament favors, Scripture reading, a message from a special speaker, and an opportunity for giving to special causes that are close to women's hearts.
